Why this exists
I trained at Le Cordon Bleu because I loved pastry.
In 2014 I stopped eating dairy because of eczema.
I assumed I would find vegan chocolate that tasted just as good.
I didn’t.
So I started making my own.
Years later, that journey became Ten Quiet Minutes.
