Why this exists
I wanted truly delicious vegan chocolate. That's the whole story.
I trained at Le Cordon Bleu because I loved pastry and desserts. In 2014 I stopped eating dairy completely because of eczema, and found it surprisingly hard to buy vegan chocolate that tasted genuinely luxurious. So I started developing my own recipes.
Years later, that quiet stubbornness grew into Ten Quiet Minutes: the chocolate came first, and the ritual followed.
